EXPLOITING THE NAME OF MASTER MINH TUE AND THE MONASTIC GROUP

Recently, many scammers have been taking advantage of people’s love and respect for Master Minh Tue and his monastic group to commit fraud. They come up with various excuses to ask for money, deceiving those who are trusting and generous. Here are some common scam tactics:
Asking for money to obtain or extend visas for Master Minh Tue and the monastic group.
Claiming to need money to “negotiate” with the police so the monks can continue their pilgrimage or sleep outdoors without interference.
Requesting donations to “seek approval” from temples for the monks to stay, which is completely false.
Soliciting money to buy medicine or personal necessities for the monks without any official confirmation.
Falsely representing Master Minh Tue to ask for donations for offerings, even though the monastic group never initiates such requests.
Creating fake accounts and posting emotional stories to trick people into sending money.
Hosting fake events or ceremonies under the guise of “supporting the monastic group” while charging fees or collecting donations for personal gain.
And many other scams.

Genuine Devotees Do Not Ask for Money!
Those who truly respect and love Master Minh Tue and the monastic group offer their support freely, from their own hearts and resources.
The monks have never asked for donations via private bank transfers or through unverified third parties.
How to Avoid Being Scammed?
Only trust information from official sources related to Master Minh Tue and the monastic group.
Never send money to anyone claiming to collect donations on behalf of Master Minh Tue unless it is confirmed through an official, transparent channel.
Verify all information carefully and don’t believe social media posts without proper evidence.
Contact the official website of the monastic group if you have any doubts or wish to make a legitimate contribution. Stay alert and cautious—don’t let scammers take advantage of your kindness!

Recently, Nun Nhuan Hai spoke about transferring money to someone to carry out legal procedures in Malaysia for Venerable Minh Tue and the monastic group. If Nun Nhuan Hai truly transferred the money, it is certain that she has been deceived. To prevent further deception and to help others avoid being tricked as well, she should reveal to whom she transferred the money. The community will boycott that person! Alternatively, she can sue that person for fraud.
All legal support for the 7 states in Malaysia was provided solely through the personal funds and resources of Mr. Than Thanh Vu.
